We’ve been in the industry for a long time, learned important lessons along the way and have discovered other brokerages like us — those who uphold our shared value system of integrity, honesty, loyalty, community and client satisfaction.

Collectively, we are the McDougall Insurance Group, which allows us to do what we do well: provide excellent frontline service so people tell their friends about us; and offer opportunity to other like-minded insurance brokerages seeking an alternative to an aggregator when considering succession plans.
While each brokerage accomplished many achievements and growth as independent, individual brokerages in their respective geographic regions, we knew the insurance landscape was changing at a rapid rate. We recognized there was an opportunity for further growth by combining the strengths of like-minded brokerages throughout the country.
